As per other customers below I too cant change my direct debit details to my new card. The website has allowed me to add the new credit card but I cant remove my old one. I was advise to wait 48hrs and it will be removed automatically, I've waited and it has not been removed! I do not want to be double charged as it will be a hassel to call Optus and wait on the line for 50 mins before someone can assist me!

I've replaced my lost credit card with a new one. But Your system won't let me remove the lost card. This is very frustrating.
