Ever since the "upgrade" on the Optus website from 28 July I have been unable to view my unbilled usage data details as I was able to do BEFORE the "upgrade".
Is it hiding somewhere or has Optus deleted this VERY useful feature that I need fo tax purposes to allocate calls to the correct personnel and accounts.
You missed my point entirely and your answer did NOT address the question / problem created by Optus' so called upgrade which has removed the already limited download ability for call data details.
I can't fix the Optus website. I was just suggesting the information is still available, just at the end of the month - there's often more than one way to solve a problem, but I accept mine doesn't help you.
