Unable to set up Optus Voicemail

Hi guys.

 

I'm finding it impossible set up my Optus Voicemail. According to the downloaded tutorial, you are supposed to dial 321 and follow the phone's tutorial. I've tried doing that but, instead of being told how to set up, I'm told that to access messages I need to enter my full phone number, then press # or, to leave a message, enter the number of the person I'm calling.

You can call tech support to remove voicemail and re activate it. or follow below steps ( click the link )

Sounds like voicemail needs to be activated you can do this via My Account or live chat or you can
