Everytime i try to link my optus service it comes up with an error saying an internal server error has occurred. Ive been trying to link my account for a while now and no one has been helpful over the phone either.

So you messaged me yesterday saying that you fixed my problem, not being able to link my accounts. ive been trying all day today to access my account and its now saying it doesnt register my email. I tried logging into yes crowd and I couldnt with my email that I used last night to create this account thats why I had to create another account with my work email.
Not sure what is going on, but there seems to always be a problem whatever I do.
