On the "Link My Optus Service" page, I have input my service number, account number, and security code.
I have tried this at least a dozen times over the last few weeks and I keep getting this error.
"An internal server error has occurred."
How can I get this resolved? I want to turn off my paper billing ASAP.

I get the exact same error message when trying to link my mobile number,
I login to my account fine, then I enter my phone number, account number and security code texted to me and I get the error in red "An internal server error has occurred." Have attempted 10+ times over the past week, can somebody please repair this thankyou
