Can't accept terms and conditions on My Optus app

Can you please provide more info. What section on the App? T&Cs for what? To use the app after installing it?

Hi - same issue here.

Had the app installed since December. (ios, XR)

It has updated recently (had a blue dot on the app)

OPened it - App displays a page 'Terms and conditions' 'just keeping you updated'.

The agreement is laid out, and there is an accept button at the bottom.

Clicking the button does nothing.

Scrolling to the bottom and clicking accept does nothing.

Waiting a few minutes does nothing.

THe button clearly presses (goes from orange to lighter yellow) but nothing happens.

 

I've tried being on wifi, 4g, nothing seems to matter.  Basically I can't get past the T&C accept screen to use the app.

I've used the app at least 4 months previously.

Thanks for providing more information.

Do you know what version of the app you have installed?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling it?
