Even if they read your post they don't have access to your contact details (that is clearly stated in the bold red text on the page where you write your post).
Your only contact options are Phone/Optus App/twitter/facebook, and depending on the type of problem , an Optus store.
CLEARLY Optus Customer service is no existent unless you live in a condo in the city

Well, you have chosen to live away from neighbours, so have to take some responsibility for having access to other communications methods if your primary method goes down.
Shame on Optus for not caring nor helping those who live on the land away from civilization.

Yes their customer service is bad, as are many/most telco's at the moment, and is absolutely valid.
But is your complaint is a general service one, or are you expecting them to do more specifically for those "who live on the land away from civilization."?
