URGENT

Our services were said to be restored within 24 hours however 3 days later still NO service. We live in the country and have small children and this is our only form of contact in case of emergency. The app won’t work to be able to talk about this issue. Very unhappy and very stressed about our safety because of this. We need this rectified NOW

Even if they read your post they don't have access to your contact details (that is clearly stated in the bold red text on the page where you write your post).

Your only contact options are Phone/Optus App/twitter/facebook, and depending on the type of problem , an Optus store.

Thank you for your input.
CLEARLY Optus Customer service is no existent unless you live in a condo in the city where you can borrow your neighbours phone. Shame on Optus for not caring nor helping those who live on the land away from civilization.

Optus' customer service is equally bad everywhere.

Well, you have chosen to live away from neighbours, so have to take some responsibility for having access to other communications methods if your primary method goes down.

Shame on Optus for not caring nor helping those who live on the land away from civilization.

Genuine question, but what other communications method are you expecting from Optus for country folk?

Yes we have chosen to live away HOWEVER in today’s technology there is no excuse for lack of customer service. This is not a technical issue.

The biggest thing is lack of customer service and for that you have nothing. We have lived all around the world and never found customer service to be as poor as this. No excuses.

Yes their customer service is bad, as are many/most telco's at the moment, and is absolutely valid.

But is your complaint is a general service one, or are you expecting them to do more specifically for those "who live on the land away from civilization."?

I do t care if you live on the land or in the city, my complaint is purely CUSTOMER SERVICE or there lack off.
