Sales rep placed incorrect address on phone, being delivered today.
Cant speak to anyone to make sense and only thing they can suggest is to order a brand new phone with new number
Please get back to me ASAP
This is not cool especially when its not my stuff up

In the meantime, given the urgency, can I recommend you try contacting Optus via live chat - http://yesopt.us/chat2us - they can advise on what you need to do.
Was your address an old address, or a completely incorrect address? It is possible that it will be taken to the local post office and you can pick up from there, but best to speak to the team who can look at your specific order.
