Two email addresses on my Optus account

Two email addresses appear on my mobile screen - one could have been an email from a previous Optus prepaid mobile. I have kept the same mobile number for some time now so things are a bit confused. Assistance would be much appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean by on your screen? Do you simply mean you have 2 email accounts active and you want to remove one? Prepaid mobile does not come with an Optus email address so I am a bit lost to what you are asking and where you are seeing these 2 email addresses.
