I keep trying to upgrade to a new phone plan. After its in cart and when I try to log into my account to finish it off or do the 1 time sms code it gives me this error:
|An unexpected error has occurred!|
I would really like to upgrade my plan myself without someone else doing it as I was stuffed around last time so any way you can fix this error?
Hi @ DayBlossom - Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Could you please try upgrading using a different browser, we recommend using Chrome.
Tried testing with other phones on the website and I don't have the issue with error logging into my account or sending code to my phone. But trying to preorder Note 9 and I get this error.
I'm sure alot of customers are getting this error when trying to preorder seen a few on Facebook saying it.

Can you please send me a screenshot of what you see exactly when you do this? I'll need this to pass this on to a specialist team to help us out with this one.
Now I only get that error when doing send the code option to finalize preorder.
When I pick login account to finalize preorder it says this now instead of error:
OOPS! LOOKS LIKE THE PAGE YOU WERE LOOKING
FOR MAY BE DOWN OR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Please try clicking on My Account and then searching for the page again.
If this does not work, please try logging in later on.
