all i'm trying to do is activate a replacment sim.
i haven't had a phone for three days
I always find these posts perplexing. Are you saying you haven't been able to contact Optus for 72 hours?
I just use LIVE CHAT (I just clicked on that and got a response in under 20 seconds)
I assume youve tried activating the SIM at the standard link?
