So my phone has died again and I know insurance won't pay out again because it's a Sony overheating. My contract is up and I've had enough. I want to cancel my insurance as it's not worth anything. Do you think I can contact optus about it? No. They're shut. Not even the live chat is working. So my problem is I want my insurance cut before I'm charged for it again on Thursday 4th January. How can I do this? I work so can't call on Tuesday or Wednesday. Can't seem to email optus either. And considering I'm a business customer this is just bulldust.
