I'm trying to set up a new SIM for my daughter and whilst trying to activate it's asking me to put in a credit card to verify and to recharge on the spot. This has never happened in the past, can someone please help and tell me how to bypass this step as I'm not wanting to recharge atm, and definitely not wanting to put my credit card in.
Did you put in her driver's licence and medicare number for ID?
There has to be ID at some point because Australia doesnt like anonymous phones.
