Re: Troubleshooting your Mobile & Mobile Broadband connection

Hey @joe_99 were you concerning an Optusnet email? If this was the case, this feature is attached to your broadband service and so if you fixed internet has been disconnected - the email address would also become inactive. 

If you reach out to our support channels over the phone at 133 937 or via our social media channels - Facebook or Twitter with another email address, we can look into having it connected as your mobile login as well as attaching an Optus email to your account.
