Travel Pack

I have had 2 x travel packs set up today in an optus store however I think they may have the start date incorrect.

 

I am leaving Australia tomorrow Sunday 24th November at 9.40pm and arrive in Honolulu on Sunday 24th at 10.30am.  They have started it 25th November.  Can you please confirm if this is correct ?

 

We are leaving Honolulu on December 1st at 12pm and arrive back in Sydney 2nd December at 7.45pm.

I think you'll just have to have mobile data off until the 25th. Changes can't be made less than 3 days out. Doesn't matter who stuffed up.

To change the start date of an existing Optus Travel Pack or Optus Travel Data Pack (mobile broadband), you will need to contact us to do it for you as dates cannot be changed once a Pack has started.
