I think your arrogance has allowed you fail to answer a simple and clear request. Also, the Optus MyAccount website is THE WORST layout and user interface I have EVER seen for a technology company. It's simply terrible and I can't blame anyone for missing information there.
MyAccount needs a COMPLETE trashing and rewrite with - guess what - USERS in mind. Optus web peeps are you listening? This is what pushes folks to other carriers.
