Transferring to prepay

How do I change my account from monthly to prepay? I’m overseas and out of contract and only need to use my phone very occasionally when I’m in Australia.

Hey @KTEEPS, thanks for reaching out to us. We can arrange the transfer of your post-paid service to prepaid here. However you need to confirm which prepaid offer you want to go for → Prepaid offers. Since you are overseas it would make sense to go on the Long Expiry offer so that you only have to recharge once and keep the number active for longer time. Yes, you will need to recharge the first time in order for the validity to kick in. Please PM us → here your phone number / account number, full name and date of birth to proceed.
