Hi, I have two Optus pre-paid accounts.
One a/c is hardly used and has lots of funds, whilst the other a/c is frequently used and is nearly empty.
How can I transfer funds from one a/c to another?
Hi @gcf have you since been able to transfer your prepaid balance? You will need to speak with our prepaid billing team on 1300555002 Monday to Friday 8am-Midnight, Saturdays & Sundays 9am-Midnight EST for assistance in updating your accounts.
