Tracking

So I ordered an iPhone 8 on the 26th and wanted to keep an old number from Telstra with the new phone, Optus called me and said the sim was disconnected so I just asked them if they could give me a new number with the phone, which they did. Although when I check the tracking for the phone it has a red X from the 26th asking to call Optus about it, should this tracking now be updated because I've sorted out the issue?

Hey @Ren698 if you've ended up opting for a new number then that should definitely update 😕 Best to get in contact with Sales Support when you can just to make sure everything is a-okay. But if your service is working swimmingly then I doubt there'd be any issues 🙂
