Tracking updates aren't working?


When I go to the tracking page to see the status of my order, nothing happens on the page and I don't know what's happening in regards to an ETA etc... Is anyone else having this problem?

Sorry for the issues! I've seen a few posts on the forum about this so have passed on the feedback to be reviewed. Have you since been able to track your package? If not, send me a private message with your order number, full name and DOB. I'll see if we can get tracking directly from the courier's web site instead.
