I have recieved an email early this afternoon saying that my order was sent and had a tracking number included.. but it hasn't updated on the website yet.. I am trying to get onto 24/7 chat online but nothing is working & the number they provided to call i cannot call as i do not currently have a phone to use... is there an email i can contact? Or how do i go about tracking my order
There has been some issues with the website in the last 24 hours so it might pay to check the tracking again. Alternatively the chat appears to working again but I suspect there will be lengthy waiting times to get onto support.
