Tracking Delivery issue

Hi,

I preordered the Note 10+ on 13th August, and they sent me email that was regarding tracking my package but it was just showing what I have ordered but not anything realted to delivery date or anything. Now yesterday around 6 PM I got text and email from Optus that "Your order has left the warehouse and will delivered to you shortly" with tracking # and link. But when go to that link it shows the samething that what I have ordered instead of any date. I am not sure about the exact time or date of delivery. What does shortly mean today?

You will get another email or possibly text later tonight or tomorrow morning, if your order is actually shipping.

 

If you didn't get it already, you'll receive a link to Star Track for parcel tracking, and you can track your parcel there.
