Track number still invalid after placing order 3 days
Hi, I just get the call from OPTUS to suggest me to change my plan. And I did, since I aggred the contract my current SIM became invalid to use. Then I want to track my order process, but the system still states my track number have not appeared. Untill today, I cannot use my phone number and I have not recevied any new bill and new SIM to active!!!!!!
