Hi, i am having trouble topping up my phone credit, it is saying that my credit card is blocked.
Nothing wrong with card, can use it anywhere else. Just not on the Optus app.
I have been topping up the same way for months now and never a problem, until now.

Have you tried using your card via the website in the mean time?
