Terrible experience from Optus

Completely unable to contact Optus. I found premium SMS from MIA Sphere Live on my account, this and last month. I am glad I checked. First of all I feel really let down that Optus let this dodgy company attempt to rip me off. What is even worse is that I was unable to contact them the whole day. I have been trying since morning both by phone as well as chat. WTF has happened to Optus? I thought it was a reputable company.

Yep their service has taken a big hit recently and subsequently many people who otherwise may have only had a minor issue are now understandably peived due to the lack of support.

 

I would suggest that until such time as you can get a hold of support I would have a read of the link below as it explains how you can reduce your exposure to these dodgy companies.
