Terrible Customer service

Why is Optus's customer services the most terrible I have ever expeienced ? From the attitiude of the staff to the ability to execute and there product knolwedge ? I am also not the frist I see to have this opinion.

I feel the higher the person is, the worse attitude they get. Just wait until you speak with their Escalation Department...don't dare complain about them to anyone from Optus.... you can't.
