Temporary Order not being processed for a week now

Hi, I ordered my prepaid (optus) to a post paid plan, and received this Temporary Order Number T31505795216633 I ordered on the 19th September and until now haven't received any Order Number. I followed up with Sales team which I have to wait for 2 hours on line and asked me to send passport copy. I sent it and until now it is not yet processed. How can I know the status of this temporary order number?
