I ordered a prepaid sim plan 6 days ago and received an email including my temporary number. However, until now no further email arrived to confirm my order so I cannot track it. My current travel sim will not work after 13/04 so I really need it fast.
I do understand the COVID-19 situation so I waited for nearly 30 mins on phone with no answer from sales team, especially when someone already picked up the line and told me to wait for futher service. It is really unacceptable. My patient has limit so please someone do something. Or at least you could tell me to cancel instead of wasting time for nothing.
