I have being using Optus since last year when I got a plan with the student discount. This week I realised I have never had the discount as a student on my bills, that means I am paying more than I supposed to pay, which is unfair. So, I am looking for a solution for this problem from Optus also information about how could I get a refund about that. Thanks

Did you generate the Student Discount Code from the Optus Website using your .edu.au email address and apply the code before you signed up? Best bet would be to talk to customer service, you can give them a call on 1300300937 or chat via live chat at http://yesopt.us/chat2us and ask if the code can be applied, or esculated to have added to your account.
