Store sold me the wrong phone and won’t help

Store sold me a 64gb phone when I currently have 256 gb phone for the last 6 plans now I can’t back up my new phone as there’s not enough memory. I have a phone that I can’t use! The store have been exceptionally rude to the point of asking us to leave the store. I’ve been with Optus over 20 years and can’t believe the run around and lack of support I’ve been given!
