Please authorise a private message, so I can send personal details to you to stop those SPAM SMS scams to a new account.
Scam SMS aren’t third party billing, but you can do this yourself in the My Optus portal or by calling Optus.

The moderator asked me to authorise a private message, so all the personal details can be sent to Optus to cut out any possible SPAM SMS scams and I do not know how to do that - HELP!
The instructions with the new phone give a link, but that link only says to SMS "STOP" to the scammer. That is not good enough as the scammer has already deducted $20 or so Dollars plus it may or may not stop any further deductions.
