Still on prepaid service after a postpaid upgrade

Earlier in April, i upgraded my prepaid service to a postpaid plan (new mobile and plan, same number), i've recieved the mobile (no it did not come with any new sim card) and my service has yet to be switched over and now my prepaid plan has run out for the month and i've been left with no service - I'm working from home and need to call people constantly throughout the day. I expected to be switched over to postpaid asap after the contract was confirmed over the phone.

If you have phone access call Optus 133 937 but ignore the prompt to Press 1 and wait for the options.

If you have access to the My Optus app, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter you can message Optus Support.

I am an Optus user.
