Still getting billed for cancelled service

Still getting bills for a iPad data plan that I cancelled a couple of months ago. Got the plan the same time I got my mobile phone and I cancelled both at the same time. Stopped getting phone bills but keep getting iPad ones. App just crashes when I try and login and can’t get through on the phone. What should I do?
