I have iPhone 📱 7plus that i took on plan with Optus ($107 including insurance) , but if I'm calling someone/someone calls me, I heard them,but he/she doesn't hear 👂 me at all. I told Optus about it and they reckon I should take it to apple office which I did, they gave me new iPhone, but after few weeks, the same problem started on the new iPhone, What can I do next?
Hmm very strange to get 2 new phones that have both done the same thing. Did they tell you what the issue was with your first phone? Assuming the microphone is working properly did you recently add a new cover, screen protector or something of that nature. Possibly an app may also cause the phone to glitch. Short of trying out a few of the suggestions on the links below you may need to take another trip back to Apple.
