Smart watch set up

How do I connect up my brand new smart watch to my existing phone and number? Do I still use the SIM it came with. Not very technically minded here 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey there @Pieta


If you are wanting to connect your new Smart Watch to your mobile device via our Number Share Feature, you can find the necessary steps on how to do this via our "Number Share: What you need to know" support page. You will also be able to see if your certain Smart Watch is compatible with our number share feature.


This will end up being an eSIM for your watch, so there is no need to use the physical SIM that has come with your plan.
