I have recharged my new prepaid sim and the money has been taken out of my bank but a page that says "something went wrong" comes up and my sim hasn't activated.

Have done this multiple times with each person saying come back in 24 hours. It has been going on for about a week and I'm quite fed up. The thing is nobody can tell me when its going to be fixed.
