Sim replacement

I picked up a Sim replacement (prepaid) and I go to activate online and it asks for my number which I put in. It then states it sent a code to enter, how am I am suppose to know the code, I have a new Sim cause the old one was stolen. How can I fix as I can not get into a store and no one answers when I call

Hi @shongokylie

If you're unable to receive the verification SMS message you will need to visit an Optus store so they can confirm your ID there and activate the replacement SIM card.
