Sim plan upgrade

Hi, Optus.

i am current user of optus.

when i contract sim plan in store, one of officers told me i could’t chage the sim plan during contract period, but, if you want to upgrade higer plan you can change the contractor.

so 10 days before i found $59 80GB, $10 discounted and i applied it with providing all information.

totday, i call the optus service center why i could’t get anwer and they told me my request of upgrading plan has been cancelled because my contractor hasn’t been finished.

still i can’t understand why they cancelled the plan.

I can't quite follow what you have tried to describe and it's not clear if you are eligible to change to what offer you found.

We don't have visibility of customer's accounts including what plan they are on and what their current contract situation is here on our public Yes Crowd forum page.
