I'm Trying to order a new sim online, as Optus instore does not accept student discounts. However every time I try to order it, it does not accept my DOB, I am 18 as of may this year and cannot understand why it refuses to work!? It is very frustrating and does not give me a reason besides a red box as to why it will not accept it. as soon as I change my birth year it accepts it...?
