I'm Trying to order a new sim online, as Optus instore does not accept student discounts. However every time I try to order it, it does not accept my DOB, I am 18 as of may this year and cannot understand why it refuses to work!? It is very frustrating and does not give me a reason besides a red box as to why it will not accept it. as soon as I change my birth year it accepts it...?

Wouldn't it be funny if the form is back-to-front You might have to jump on the live chat below or the chat in the Optus app and ask sales what the story is.

You'll need to head to the student hub page and generate your unique promo code.
Once you've signed up, send your details through and we'll get that processed.
