Sim not delivered

I just rang Optus about my new SIM for a new account and told that the delivery company has major security problems and have no idea re delivery. What's going on.

I'd imagine most stores should have a decent supply of SIMs on hand, so it shouldn't be a problem for them supply one and set it up for you.

Yeah they say because it has already been allocated we can't get it. Pretty sad really.

Its only a SIM, not some device, it shouldn't be a big deal for them. People walk in off the street all the time to get sim replacements. Just be firm with them and tell them that you need your phone service, and they need it activated it on a replacement SIM.

It's a new SIM so no worries as I have another one at the moment. Just dealing from monthly to yearly.
