My mobile has been disconnected for no reason. I cannot message on the app because I am asked for a code that was sent to my phone (genius design work there.....!)
It would be great if you have live chat back up as the alternative for when you have disconnected mobile phones and the customer is unable to call out.

Alternatively, please head into your local Optus store with 100pts of ID so they can also investigate what's happened.
