Sim card delivery

I ordered a  30 $ sim card starter kit on Wednesday 20/6 at 1:56 a.m (#PO90508) but haven't received anything until now, even an email notification of the delivery. I thought that I will receive it within 1-3 days since I am in Brisbane CBD but it is already 6 days now. They said I can use the order number to track my order but in fact it is totally useless. What's wrong with Optus service these days?

Have you thought about contacting the Sales/Prepaid Team via Live Chat to see if they can help? You can chat with them at or see if you can locate the Order Number, usually an eight digit code and track at the Optus Order tracking website.  If it was a Sim Only kit, it may have just been sent by Aus Post, and everyone knows how reliable that can be, you may just have to give it a couple more days.
