I ordered a 30 $ sim card starter kit on Wednesday 20/6 at 1:56 a.m (#PO90508) but haven't received anything until now, even an email notification of the delivery. I thought that I will receive it within 1-3 days since I am in Brisbane CBD but it is already 6 days now. They said I can use the order number to track my order but in fact it is totally useless. What's wrong with Optus service these days?
Have you thought about contacting the Sales/Prepaid Team via Live Chat to see if they can help? You can chat with them at http://yesopt.us/chat2us or see if you can locate the Order Number, usually an eight digit code and track at the Optus Order tracking website. If it was a Sim Only kit, it may have just been sent by Aus Post, and everyone knows how reliable that can be, you may just have to give it a couple more days.
