Yeah Optus seems to take a long time on new orders. I've currently been waiting 2 weeks for my optus wireless broadband modem as I'm waiting for Optus to do id verification checks which they take a very long time to respond to. Optus needs to find out a better way to do these orders or put more staff on. I currently have had no internet for the past 2 weeks and its very annoying.

The team should be able to follow up with the Credit Check Review team on what the hold up is.
