I've had my new sim for two days now however it has not been activated. I have gone through my account and tried to activate it there however it keeps saying "the requested sim is already in use". But there's no coverage for my phone, i can't call or text. Also it could just be me but i can never seem to find a number to call optus and query about these things. I need to be able to call and text for work as soon as possible.

Have you just signed up for Optus, or had we organised a SIM replacement for you existing Optus mobile service?
