My number with vodafone now.
I tried to port my number to Optus.
But it's saying
The number you're requesting to transfer is already on the Optus newtork. If you are replacing your SIM, please cancel this activation order and go to optus.com.au/replacesim PPACT-PORT-015
My number was with Optus before Vodafone.
Maybe something wrong with that.
You might need to contact Optus, it sounds like there systems still think the number was with them. Speak with them on Live Chat at http://yesopt.us/chat2us and get them to raise a case witht he porting team to get it fixed and re-submit the order for you.
