Sim activation and porting still not working after 4 days

Its been 4 days, an in person visit to a store and a 1hour phone conversation and still my phone is not connected to the network... 

 A Prepaid activation order using this SIM number is under way. Place SIM in your device and restart regularly. Activation may take up to 4 hours to complete. Reference: PPACT-SIMVAL-0006

I was assured on the phone it would take only 15 minutes longer and not to worry about calling again.  That was 24 hours ago.

Hi Jackavklav,

Not cool. Generally ports are delayed if there is a mismatch in customer information (e.g. account name, date of birth, account number - don't provide that here on the forum) or there are times where there is an issue between the two carriers.
