Sim Replacement

i want to replace my simcard and keep my original number, however when trying under "my account settings" it say "pending cannot be done." 

 

Is there a way for it to be done at all? HELP!!!

Did you get the correct replacement sim as those prepaid ones can't be used for postpaid and vice versa. Have a look at the link below for more help on this topic.
