I submitted an activation and porting request (from Telstra) on a new Sim card about 48 hrs ago - no money has come out of my account for the recharge, I can't send texts or make calls, and I haven't received a confirmation text yet. I've restarted many times since, plus I've tried to activate again as a safety measure and it says I've already sent through a request ("PPACT-SIMVAL-0006"). I can see the 'Optus 4G' in the top left corner of my screen, yet I can't search the internet with the mobile data. Please help!

Sorry to hear this @Jimmygarr02. Any port should only take a maximum of 4 hours to go through once submitted. We'll definitely need to follow up with your provider if you have been waiting for 6 days already.
