Sim Activation/Porting - Still nothing after 24hrs - "PPACT-SIMVAL-0006"

I activate finished on web,

I want poeting to Optus from Lycamobile

but I still can't call, can't text, 


and when I call someone the voice : this prepaid sim card not activate......


but when I activate again the message: """ Prepaid activation order using this SIM number is under way. Place SIM in your device and restart regularly. Activation may take up to 4 hours to complete. Reference: PPACT-SIMVAL-0006"""


And my old sim been disconnected already.


but my Optus sim still not activate?

Hi @ Shots - Disappointing to hear that. I've just checked our Port updates and can see we did have a system issue that was causing the delay with ports. The issue is not fully resolved and it is still impacting some of the pending orders. Please Check your SIM again later today and if its still not working then do let us know so that we can look into this.
